The Arab man, not a private person_ he is police_, had filed a lawsuit, dated March 30 2009. I received it from the police June 25 2010 to go to court Sept 02 2010 (vgl file: ‘Die anonyme Feindschaft gegen Freiheit’).
I don’t know on which day exactly I landed a blow on his jaw_ on March 30 2009, as the lawsuit has been filed, or before that date. But this is not important.
The Question is: Why he didn’t go to police right after that?
It is strange that because of this, being true and severe, he didn’t lodge a complaint immediately.
I received the lawsuit 15 months later, and should go to court 17 months after the lawsuit (I suspect that the date of the lawsuit had been forged).
But because of the other incident (May 28 2009, two garbage bags, two months later than March 30), something ridiculous (cf about three pages above fnt 3 in 2004-2009), he was immediately by the police: I was arrested, handcuffed and put in the prison on the same day: because of a completely invented story by him_ untrue. Neither the police nor the court paid attention to my opposite statement about the case_ he had no proof and there were no witnesses.
