Hereby I give notice of appeal to the Administrative Court of Appeal against the decision of Säkerhetspolisen: ‘For the rest, SÄPO rejects your request’ (2002-06-27).
With reference to my June-12-2002-request for a printout, please consider its PS: ‘I use this opportunity to send you per email a brief survey of the events in Sweden’, which was also followed. This email is complementary to the request_ is also part of the request. If I rightly understand, this is ‘the rest’ that has been rejected by Säkerhetspolisen.
My appeal to the Court is precisely based on those events_ inconceivable that they are in no connection (be it by some mediatory channels/sources) with the treatment I received from the socialkontoret i Hässleholm, respectively länsstyrelsen i Kristianstad. Åse Persson, a high-ranking authority of länsstyrelsen, appearing as a helping instance, wrote me within one year (June 09 1993- June 09 1994) ten letters_
From her letters: ‘I will from Jannika send you the best regards and thanks for the beautiful teddy bear and the Greek food’. ‘Thank you very much for the lovely necklaces to my daughter. She got very happy about them’. ‘Thank you very much for borrowing me the tape. I have listened to it and I like the music very much. So did my seven year old daughter too’. ‘If the house is not convenient for you I think there will be another house’. ‘I am going to find out more about the house and the owner and then write to you again’_,
I had to visit her, cap in hand, six times during 18 months. She invaded then my apartment as I insisted for an inquiry.
From my writing of April 15 1994 to Åse Persson:
I appreciate and welcome any inquiry, any questioning by Länsstyrelsen in any issue however intimate or delicate it might be_ I’ll come there happily to show papers, answer questions, etc…
If you think that… Länsstyrelsen could exert power and make an inquiry in the day-light… to look into the… procedures of the social institutions, then I would like to give some more information about (what I would denote as) nefarious undertaking of the Swedish underground state which happened… in connection with a long incident in Berlin…
If you think Länsstyrelsen would be inclined to break its silence and cease downplaying things, then I would speak out or write about it…
From my writing of April 29 1994 to Åse Persson:
Now it is 8 months (from first of September 1993) that I am in Färlöv. My situation hasn’t gotten more clear than before. It has gotten additionally also more difficult_ my piano away and so on…
Please do whatsoever could be done by Länsstyrelsen to achieve some certainty about my status so that I can make a decision and choose a way of life on the basis of that certainty. Please write about this end of May_ in May I am not reachable.
Not only a violent silence was the response, but precisely in May Åse Persson invaded my apartment.
After receiving the decision of Säkerhetspolisen, signed by Mr Waldenström, I sent him an email asking ‘whether the following incidents have been masterminded by (his) office or by another source?’.
Jana Gerntke [likely a former Stasi agent], who came 1992, a few days before my first appointment with socialkontoret (Hässleholm), to my house [asking: ‘with which political group do you work’].
Psycho terrors in Vittsjö, 1991, short after the fifth letter of Oliver Steyer (Berlin, Spandau). Psycho terrors consisted of a team of Swedes and some Orientals, presumably Iranians. Psycho terror also in my jogging route in the woods[1]. Thereafter I bought an ax stick and started to practice_ alternately with music work.

The African black woman in Gällivare (1994). First in the youth hostel where I was staying, then in the apartment just below the one I rented a few weeks later on the other side of the city. She stole papers from my apartment. In the youth hostel I found once things which were packed unpacked. SÄPO must know her name. Is it in the category of ‘prevention or detection of crimes against national security or the prevention of terrorism’? (writing of Mr Waldenström). Did German Verfassunsschutz or BKA give SÄPO the tip: ‘He slept once with a black woman in Germany’? She didn’t answer my question why she was in Gällivare in the youth hostel_ she very much tried to get contact with me (this, as well as other events, must be described in detail). She vaguely said she lived somewhere in middle Sweden.

30 to 50 letters from my parents, from my dying mother, from Tehran, did not reach me (1990-1991). Some letters of mine from Gällivare sent to Ms Odergren, Konstnärsnämnden, did not reach her (1994); in one of them I wrote: ‘What they have been doing to me is out of a mixture of delusion, criminal impulses and imbecility. Otherwise one cannot interpret it’. These letters, papers stolen by the black woman, a whole carton, the only one among 40 cartons, which contained two large folders full of letters, bills, documents, etc., which was missing by the transport from Sweden to Germany, must be still in the possession of SÄPO. Or? My crime has been to have elicited the destructive impulses of the Swedish and German underground states[2]. Falsification of tax declaration by Eva Nilsson, Föreningsbanken, Vittsjö.
To those events I shall add, inter alia, that I had to go to lawyers in Sweden, some recommended by Amnesty International, Stockholm (‘I cannot fight against länsstyrelsen’[3], said one); was two times wrongly accused by the library in Vittsjö; had problems with 4 banks. In one case I appealed to Finansinspektionen which rebuked (ref. 205-6052/92) the bank that had not answered my altogether 7 letters during two and a half years. I wrote once to Åse Persson: ‘it is the cult of god and inquisition… an all-embracing emotional pest’.
End of 1989 I went to Budapest_ flying cheap with Interflug, the former East German Airline, which I used also flying from Berlin to Stockholm and vice versa. Returning from Budapest to Berlin I stayed in an apartment in Kreuzberg, Westberlin, whose owner, a Swiss man, Till Staumann, I didn’t know before. Short after my arrival in his apartment I went for a drink. Coming back, I saw him and a strong looking man sitting in the kitchen. The lock of my seabag had disappeared.
About three weeks after my return from Budapest I was sitting in the library in Helsingborg reading German newspaper. A man came and sat next to me, whispered into my ear: ‘I am Hungarian and I speak Russian’. After a while he brought a Russian newspaper, opened it: ‘Look, look, Russian, Russian’, he said.
I was hounded, excluded, put under boycott, sentenced to social death. After I lost my house, I left ‘freely’ Sweden as regular refugees ‘freely’ leave their home_ leaving two third of my things, sold my flygel [Swedish word for grand piano] to feed myself, losing my identity as composer[4]. “All acts ought to be judged by their effects” (Bertrand Russell).
Sweden is a dangerous[5], closed society and all threads lead to the secret state: “Sweden is the model surveillance society in the Western world” (David H. Flaherty: Protecting Privacy in Surveillance Societies, 1989).
“All over the globe, Agency operators have frequently maintained intimate working relations with security services that have consistently mistreated their own citizens” (John Marks: CIA and Mind Control). The same pattern is used by the Swedish state for its own internal state terrorism under the pretext of ‘the prevention of terrorism’ (Waldenström).
Flaherty points to the “critical issue”: The “situation is especially threateningfor administrative information used to make decisions about individuals… Despite having the oldest national data protection law, Sweden is… the prototype of the surveillance society… Sweden illustrates the kind of surveillance society that results when record linkages are so easy to accomplish that the power holders cannot resist using them to try to solve real and alleged social problems”.
Signaled by the Swedish secret agents, the Swedish institutions, including provincial governments, fed by ‘record linkages’, take up the encrypted task of mistreatments (lies, conspiracies, false promises, sadist and obscene behavior, and so on) of concerned citizens who turn to them for help. As Isaiah Berlin observes: “Where ends are agreed, the only questions left are those of means, and these are… technical”. It is information as insidious weapon of the modern ‘democratic’ state, implemented in institutions as the site of ‘political violence’ (Foucault), evading public control. This is the trajectory of the Swedish state terrorism and destruction, the Swedish mode of secret inquisition, circumventing legal system.
The decision of Säkerhetspolisen should be changed (cf. How to appeal: ‘… how and why you think the decision should be changed’), because it is far from being certain that data regarding my person_ circulating in the Swedish (secret) state, and with that in other EU sister organizations (Europol?)_ are correct.
It is undoubtedly in connection with the German secret state: Sending 5 letters during 6 months from Berlin, from a person I didn’t know, was followed by psycho terrors (intimidation) in Sweden as ‘they’ noticed that I had noticed the destructive scheme behind. After his third letter I answered in a ‘proper’ way to get evidence which is valid to all eternity. The Swedish-German secret service is of course determined to keep data secret, rejects to air data, because of the irrefutable evidence in my possession (which they wanted to clear away by stealing the carton).
As long as those data are not disclosed and their truth approved by me there is serious suspicion that I have been framed. There is however nothing in the world that could compensate the suffering I have endured and the abject misery I have been delivered into_ nothing which could recover my lost years and the loss of my identity as composer. But to clear up the situation, which I hope would lead to erasing data in which I am imprisoned, is vital.
