Borneman heißt: “Gewaltverbrechen des Staates unter dem Vorwand der Bekämpfung von Gewaltverbrechen des Volkes”.

Oder geht es überhaupt nicht?

Über “informal police action”: “The citizens concerned are… denied the right to their own data”. Schlimmer noch: “informal police proceedings often are not decumented” (ibid), und somit nicht abrufbar.

So sachte arbeitet also die EU-Demokratie!
